Earth Broadband provides high-speed fibre internet across the UK with a mission to combine reliable connectivity with environmentally responsible initiatives. The goal of this project was to design a mobile application that allows customers to easily manage their broadband services, monitor their connection, and access account information in one centralized place.
CHALLENGES
Broadband services often involve complex information such as network speeds, service plans, installation updates, and billing details. Presenting this information in a way that feels simple and understandable for everyday users required careful information hierarchy and clear visual structure.
SOLUTION
I designed a structured mobile interface that prioritizes clarity and ease of navigation, ensuring that the user's primary objectives are met with minimal cognitive load.
The app organizes key actions into clear sections, allowing users to quickly check their broadband status, run speed checks, manage their plan, and access support when needed. Important information such as connection details, service updates, and account settings are displayed in a simplified dashboard layout for immediate accessibility.
By integrating sustainability metrics directly into the account management flow, we successfully bridged the gap between utility and brand values, encouraging users to engage more deeply with Earth Broadband's environmental mission.
