Otega Restaurant Platform

One of the main challenges in this project was the tight timeline. The goal was to design three connected products; the restaurant website, the customer mobile app, and the rider delivery app within a limited period of time.

Each product served a different purpose and required its own user flow and interface structure. This meant I had to carefully manage priorities, design decisions, and workflows to ensure that all three products could be completed within the deadline while still maintaining usability and visual consistency.

To handle the time constraint effectively, I focused on structuring the design process in a way that allowed me to move quickly without compromising clarity.

I began by defining the core user flows for each product, how customers browse and order meals, how riders manage and deliver orders, and how the website introduces the restaurant and its offerings. Establishing these flows early helped guide the interface design and prevented unnecessary iterations later.
